R.I.P. Former Charger Paul Oliver

Sad news today as it was reported earlier that former Chargers CB/S Paul Oliver has died at the age of 29. Oliver reportedly committed suicide on Tuesday evening and the unfortunate news was confirmed by Oliver’s family earlier this morning.

Oliver was selected in the 2007 supplemental draft by The Chargers. He played the entirety of his NFL career with the team and was released in 2012. He played 57 games in his 5 year span recording 113 tackles, 4 interceptions, 11 passes defended and one sack.

Our hearts and prayers go out to Oliver’s family and friends as they grieve with this unfortunate loss.
