San Diego Chargersā head coach Mike McCoyhas finalized the coaching staff today as he added a tight ends coach, a running back coach, and an assistantĀ strength and conditioning coach.

Jason Michael has been brought back as the Chargersā tight ends coach. Going into his third season on San Diegoās coaching staff, Michael is looking to add to the success that the position has had with Antonio Gates and branch out to the other players on the roster. The other tight ends that heāll be coaching are veteran Randy McMichael, Dante Rossario and second-year man Ladarious Green.
Ollie Wilson is also coming back as the Chargersā running back coach. He will look to make Ryan Matthews an elite back in the league while he looks to bring the Chargersā running game back to prominence.
Rick Lyle is a newcomer on the Chargersā coachingĀ staff. After spending four seasons with the Browns, heāll nowĀ join the coaching staff as an assistantĀ strength and conditioning coach. Lyle has been coaching since 2006, when he got his start asĀ an assistant strength and conditioning and nutrition coordinator for the New York Jets.
