Chargers send 2 to Injured Reserve, send Melvin Ingram to PUP list.

Today The Chargers placed 2 players on Injured Reserve. CB Steve Williams (pectoral) and NT Bryron Jerideau (shoulder) bringing the roster total to 78 players before the final week of cuts.
In somewhat positive news, The Chargers officially placed linebacker Melvin Ingram (ACL) on the PUP list. Ingram will be unable to play for the first six weeks of the regular season.
Early reports have been very positive regarding Ingram’s recovery process and The Chargers are hopeful that he can make a comeback at some point this year.
