Video: Yasmani Grandal’s walk-off single wins it in the 12th

San Diego,CA- The San Diego Padres continued to play their role of second half spoiler as they defeated the NL West-leading Los Angeles Dodgers 3-2 on a walk-off RBI single by Yasmani Grandal in the bottom of 12th.

Amarista lead off the bottom of the 12th with a single to left off. Yangervis Solarte and Abraham Almonte were both walked to load the bases with only one out.

Then with Seth Smith at the plate the Dodgers would use a four-man shift between first and second against the left-handed hitting Smith. Smith of course would hit right into the four-man shift for the second out of the inning.

Yasmani Grandal would follow and end the game on a walk-off RBI single to give the Padres a 3-2 win.
