The San Diego State Aztecs (1-2, 0-0 MW) are looking to rebound from their loss rough 28-7 loss to the Oregon State Beavers last week.
Sophomore running back Donnel Pumphrey dominated the Rebels in the first half rushing for 107 yards on 11 carries and all four of the San Diego State Aztecs touchdowns.
Here are all of Donnel Pumphrey’s touchdowns so far tonight for the San Diego State Aztecs.
The four rushing touchdowns by Donnel Pumphrey tonight are the most by an Aztec player since Adam Muema scored four touchdowns vs. Wyoming in November 2012.

Pumphrey scored his first touchdown on a 71 yard run to give the Aztecs a 7-3 lead in the 1st quarter. Pumphrey then scored his 2nd touchdown on a 1 yard run to give the Aztecs back the lead 14-10.
Pumphrey would extend the Aztecs lead to 21-10 midway through the 3rd quarter with a 3 yard run for his 3rd touchdown of the game. Pumphrey would tack on his 4th touchdown of the game with a 1 yard run to extend the Aztecs lead to 28-10 heading into the half.
Pumphrey has provided the Aztecs a solid running game to begin the season by rushing for 111 yards against Northern Arizona, 100 yards against North Carolina and 89 yards last week against Oregon State.
