San Diego Padres Jesse Hahn Dominant In His First MLB Win

San Diego, CA- San Diego Padres Top pitching prospect Jesse Hahn after showing potential in his first Major League start, was dominant today for the San Diego Padres as they defeat the New York Mets 5-0 for his first Major League win. With the win the San Diego Padres snapped their five game losing streak.
Jesse Hahn was dominant for the San Diego Padres in his second major league start, as he allowed no runs on one hit, three walks and seven strikeouts in six innings of work.

The Padres scored the games first run in the top of the first on an RBI double by Yonder Alonso to give the Padres a 1-0 lead. Chase Headley would extend the Padres lead to 2-0 as he scored on a wild pitch to latter in the inning.
Headley would add an RBI single in the top of the 3rd to extend the Padres lead to 3-0. In the fourth Jesse Hahn would get his first Major League hit, on a two out RBI single to score Cameron Maybin and extend the Padres lead to 4-0.

The Mets would threaten the Padres lead in the bottom of the fourth as they loaded the bases off Jesse Hahn. Hahn would hold the Mets at bay, as he would strikeout the side to end the threat and maintain the Padres 4-0 lead.
Headley would add his sixth home run of the season in the top of the eighth and the Padres bullpen would hold the Mets scoreless, as the Padres defeat the Mets 5-0.
