San Diego, CA- The San Diego Chargers apparently believed that this was their bye week…..because they had arguably their worst performance in franchise history today, as they were destroyed by the Miami Dolphins 37-0.

The last time the San Diego Chargers have been shut out was in 1999 (34-0 to Chiefs). Jim Harbaugh was the Chargers quarterback in that game. The San Diego Chargers have now fallen behind the Chiefs, Dolphins, Bills, Ravens, Steelers, and Browns in the AFC Wild Card standings with today’s loss.
On offense besides their opening drive, Philip Rivers and the Chargers offense couldn’t move the ball all game. Rivers had arguably the worst game of his career. Rivers was 12-for-23 for 138 yards and threw three interceptions.
On defense the Chargers made Ryan Tannehill look like “Ryan Manning” as he picked apart the Chargers defense the entire game.
The Chargers desperately needed to win today’s game heading into their bye week and instead the Chargers put forward the most pathetic performance I have ever seen.
Here are Chargers fan reactions to today’s pathetic performance:
